At this year’s Consumer Electronics Show(CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada USA, the people at Lenovo announced a USB monitor. As with other monitors, you would think that this monitor has to be plugged into a regular power brick right? Wrong!!!!!!!
The monitor is powered using USB. So how does this work? You would simply the monitor into your laptop’s USB port and then start using the USB monitor like a standard desktop monitor.
Have you ever had to show someone something on a laptop and had to rotate it just to show them the content you want them to see?
With this USB monitor, won’t have to. You just plug in the monitor and you are good to go.
I am an advocate of the idea of using two monitors with Laptop. I like the idea of being able to have a second monitor for my laptop which I can actually take with me. This is why I think that USB monitors are going to take off.
