Twitter’s Night Mode is a feature that’s been available on iOS (iPhone/iPad) for a few weeks but now it’s coming to the desktop. That’s right, in a tweet posted Wednesday, Twitter’s support account announced that Twitter’s night mode is now coming to desktop/laptop computers.

When visiting twitter.com in your favourite web browser(Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and the like), you will need to log into your account. Once you do this, click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and click “Night Mode” just like in the above photo. Here’s what your twitter screen might look like after enabling night mode.
Let’s face it, whether we look at twitter late into the night, whilst on our phones. However, you might find this kinda useful if you prefer using twitter on a desktop, laptop or hybrid computer late into the night as well. And of course, viewing Twitter in Dark Mode might even be a bit more relaxing on the eyes.
Indeed, desktop applications like TweetDeck give you this option already. However, whether you use a desktop application, your smartphone, or a tablet, you now have many options in terms of Night Mode on Twitter.
